How many people know that under the Constitution only Congress has the power to coin money? Yep Article one section eight gives Congress that exclusive power. Not transferable to any private bank without a change to the Constitution. However I find worthless script issued by a privately owned bank the worst part of this is that the script has the Treasury seal which illegal for bank is issued script. It also is printed by the treasury dept, though the treasury dept has no legal right to print something that looks like the greenbacks which were silver certificates. If the company wishes to issue its worthless script, it must print it at its own expense and can not print the statement "This Note Is Legal Tender For all Debts Public and Private". When according to the Constitution that statement is illegal. Demand that Congress punish the Fed for its illegal actions and return us to legal tender. After all why pay interest on every dollar bill printed when it's our money?
Write your Congress Critter and demand that they do away with the Feds illegal hold on our money and our financial well being. Seeing as how their first and foremost actions are to earn money for the people who own that bank. They have no reason or desire to serve the people of the United States of America. Thus they are at least in part responsible for the current economic troubles. Cancel the charter which among other things gives them tax exempt status and make them apply for charters in the states that they do business in. A none tax exempt charter first and foremost.
