Just an observation

Bush's speech wasn't just LAME, it was totally disabled. If the surge was working, he thinks he'll end it. If it isn't working, he will end it and go back to something that wasn't working.

I have to do a little revision of my FIRST sentence: Bush isn't just LAME, he "boasts" an ability that is TOTALLY DISABLED.
