Tell Congress to Find a Cause and Help An Individual Receive a Free Mammogram

::::::::

Tell Congress to Find a Cause

We've spent years looking for cures for breast cancer. Why aren't we also looking for the cause?

The Breast Cancer and Environmental Research Act (S. 579/H.R. 1157) could help find the answers to questions about what causes breast cancer and how to prevent it.Your letters are working! Nearly two-thirds of the House and Senate have co-sponsored the Breast Cancer and Environmental Research Act. The Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee passed S. 579 in February.

Now we need to get the leaders of the Senate to bring the bill to the Floor for a vote. Please urge Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to pass the Breast Cancer and Environmental Research Act this year.

TAKE ACTION HERE!! to send your letter and while you are at it…

Also help a woman get a free mammogram!

Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle).

This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.
