With the media and alternative media being dominated by "established" outlets, should be support alternatives? Yes.

I just recently sent a monetary contribution to OpEdNews. This was after 135 weeks and 1 day as a registered user.


Should you contribute? I think the answer is "Yes". We all just witnessed the Huffingtom Post sellout to AOL.


I am a fiscal conservative; a Libertatian. I do not agree with some of the article's on OpEdNews and agree with others. One of the things I will applaud Rob and OpEdNews on is that there is nearly zero restraint to opposing views. For that I will give OpEdNews a "fair and balanced" approval to items posted (no Faux News pun intended).


I believe we need o be aware of the fact that there are differences of opioion and alternate points of view. To the end that OpEdNews allowss those differences - kudos! Let the readers research and decide for themselves.


Vote your conscience with your dollars. HuffPo and AO: will get $0 from me.
