2005 Thanksgiving Stuffing, with fresh Cranberries
My recipe-
lots of different kinds of bread,
poultry seasoning
loads of egg whites to hold it together
fruit (crushed pineapple, cranberry, apple
lots of butter
celery cooked in butter
onions cooked in butter
mushrooms
It's simple. My son says it's too dense. I like it that way, and when I made a test batch with less eggs, which give the density, he didn't like it as much.
What are your recipes or, even just special ingredients?
