California’s State Senate joined 22 other states in passing legislation that makes it possible for Gold Star families to get Gold Star license plates.
Final approval has to pass the State Assembly.
The license plates will feature a single gold star, and the state’s annual fee for specialty plates will be waived.
It’s a small thing, yet bigger than anything the president has done.
