Just who is this Jon Kyl and who helped finance his campaign ? A quick glance at how the cookie crumbles on The Hill.

::::::::

This is totally unintentional and absolutely by chance. A new feature on OpEdNews has me wondering just how much we can squeeze out of it so I used "the google" (a Bushism) to look into just who this Jon Kyl is. After all, I'm a registered voter and somehow...don't ask me how....this Jon Kyl person just happens to be "my Senator". Keep this in mind, OEN fans. When you call for us to "call your Representatives and Senators" to tell them what we think....think about it for a minute ; do you really (really) think this guy gives a flying fuck what I thnk ? As some of you know, I work for a major Telco Co. so I'll be the last one to step in and say "don't call your Senator!". Hey, honestly, by doing so, even if it's just another form of -soothing your nerves or -expressing yourself or -satisfying your ego or -nothing more than political masturbatory relief as part of a self-help getchya well overnite plan -hell, I dunno what all else....at least you're helping my employer stay in the game which may in the long run help me keep my job. Many thanks in advance ! By all means, CALL YOUR SENATOR and of course CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVE NOW !! Call and call again. Run up your phone bill, run it up ALL THE WAY! Please.

Fun & games aside, I have NO idea who this Kyl dude is. I sure as hell didn't vote for him and he sure as hell isn't from Arizona. If he were from Arizona, his name would be Ochoa, Rodriguez or perhaps Sanchez or Sherwood (and I would know who he is without using "the google"). Nope, it's Kyl. He's from Nebraska. I'm originally from Kansas so......we're almost homeboys. In a way. Well...not. I'll save the bio stuff for you to "the google" on your own. Yawn.....sorry. But just look at what I found under this rock here ...using "the google" ;

Wanna Buy Kyl ?

Not impressed ? How about this ;

Better Save Up !

Okay, now I'm beginning to see who this guy is. He's a very popular person !! But but but, if I were Senator and all these Corporations had funded my election campaign.....how would I have to act in order to keep the contributions flowing ??

Food for thought and a mini game with "the google".

Source other than "the google" (with permission for heck's sake!); the Center for Responsive Politics

P.S. from the "Did You Know" fraction : Despite overwhelming bipartisan support, the 2007 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is being bottled up by Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz. Worse, he first acted in secret to hold up legislation that would lessen secrecy in government.
