I think some people may consider this flattery to say a few words in praise of my colleages at opednews.com. But this is not flattery I speak from the core of my heart. Mr. Rob Kall and my other colleagues have struggled a lot for minimising tribesmen sufferings. Millions of tribesmen living on Pak-Afghan border say thank you very much to all at opednews.com.

There are people in the world, who has the hearts. These are the people who can felt the suffering and feeling of others. In my opinion they are deserved to enjoy great respect. I have been giving respect to my colleagues at opednews.com for feeling the pain of millions of people. I have made myself an example. Whenever I felt the pain I have informed my colleages at opednews.com and always I have got very good response.

I just present the one example of greatness of Mr. Rob Kall. When I entered the opednews.com I have placed an open letter to President Bush in my diary. This was the time when there was impression that people of tribal areas have some enmity with US people. This impression was totally wrong and created by terrorists. Despite this situation Mr. Rob Kall did not remove from the site.

In one of the comments on that diary one gentleman Mike Whitney wrote that he has some objections on the letter to Bush, but Mr. Rob Kall advocated my case as he sensed my plight. Then Mr. Mike used very kind words for me and people of tribal areas. His comment is as under:

Dear Mr. Khurshid,
After I read your appeal I contacted my friend, Rob Kall (editor of Op-ed News) to remove your letter. I assumed that it was a deception by people who meant to undermine the web site's credibility. But, Rob assures me that you are legitimate and actually trapped in the tragic situation which you describe.
I am deeply sorry that you are caught between the resurgent Taliban and the American-NATO forces which are threatening to bomb the areas on the Afghan-Pakistan border. But, please, tell me; what are we to do?
When Bush led the country to war in Afghanistan, he promised to bring order and security to your country. He promised a Marshall Plan to rebuild the cities and a strong, centralized democratic government for the people who have languished for 30 years under warlords, Soviet occupation, and the reactionary Taliban.
Bush never had any intention of keeping his promises. He despises nation building. He installed a puppet regime (Karzai) who has no broad popular support, he has allowed the opium trade to proliferate (Destroying your country and poisoning the West) and, he has set up military bases along the main pipeline routes for the oil giants. None of these are designed to address the needs of the people of Afghanistan. They are entirely cynical, self-serving motives.
So, what are Americans supposed to do? Should we fool ourselves into believing that endless aggression and colonial occupation is actually "humanitarian intervention"?
Let me tell you something. I wish I could help you. I wish there was an international army that could deal with the many threats of tyranny and human rights abuses that appear everywhere in the world. But, Bush is using humanitarian intervention as a means of initiating his plans for global war. We are all his prisoners in one way or another.
Have you heard of Hurricane Katrina? The latest news reports confirm that nearly 400,000 Americans were displaced from the storm. The Bush administration has never lifted a finger to help these people; nor will he. It is the greatest single act of ethnic cleansing in our nations history and Bush helped instigate the exodus by blocking food, water and medical supplies to the people who were caught in the storm's crosshairs.
Why would Bush help you if he refuses to even help his own people?
Your personal tragedy is writ large across the world. Yesterday 12 Palestinians were killed while they were bathing on a beach in Gaza. Bush supported the raid saying that Israel had the right to defend itself.
Defend itself from what? People bathing at the beach?
This is madness in a world gone utterly crazy.
The good people of the United States feel the deepest sympathy for your plight. It sounds truly terrifying. But, we must oppose any effort to use military force for anything other than self defense.
War is not foreign policy; it is the end of policy, reason and hope.
We must find a better way.

Just accept thanks from people of tribal areas situated on Pak-Afghan. The days are not far away when we will be good friendship. Our friendship will be a crushing defeat to terrorism. The people will win the war on terrorism, not the rulers.

The End
