Here is a link to the Kitco spot price for silver and gold this afternoon. Even with the dollar riising for some reason, this should not happen as world markets take a beating for the seventh straight day. Can someone explain how this is NOT manipulation of the worst sort...letting the wall street losers jump into an artificially low price this afternoon before they jump higher again overnight?
