It's neat being from Oklahoma. I don't have to worry about taking care of myself in the future, the voters do it for me. You see, I didn't even know that I should be concerned about Sharia Law and all its future implications. Couple of legislators simply put it in form of a law to be voted on, House Question 755, and the voters passed it. The new law meant that no judge could use Sharia Law as a basis for their decisions in the future.Mind you, this has never been a problem. In fact, we have had the Old Testament Hebrew's laws around for decades and no judge has ever used them to make a decision on a judgment. You know, an eye for an eye; a tooth for a tooth. The judges were smart enough to know those laws wouldn't hold up in court, so they didn't use them. Evidently, though, the idiots that wrote this law figured judges weren't smart enough to not legislate from the right wing, Sharia assessment and we needed to be shielded from those judges.
Oklahoma has a history, of late, in making poor decisions. We elected a right wing Republican governor who supports the "Arizona Law" and we elected an idiot Lt. Governor and a school superintendent who is demanding an audit of the schools. The cost should be taken out of her salary. Welcome to the wild and woolly life in Oklahoma. And my brother with a masters degree was fully supportive of the new Oklahoma Sharia Law. Shows that you lose 2/3s of you intelligence if you vote or support a right wing agenda,
