Rush Limbaugh has slyly "endorsed" Obama's pick of Hillary Clinton for Obama's cabinet and Mr. Limpboy says he was "stunned" at the genius of the pick.
It is not so hard to see that Limbaugh's strategy is to build on a new field of slander with which he can renew and refresh his popularity among the vast army of morons out in radio-land who listen to him.
Rush-bo is beginning, like a patient spider, to weave his new web of slander to portray Obama as a sinister, Machiavellian politician who wants to keep all the reins of power in his own hands by muzzling Hillary (Limpboy's "theory").\
Only a crafty manipulator of public opinion, like Limbaugh, would come up with such a half-baked theory of Obama being an evil genius to pick Hillary.
It feeds right into the bogeyman image of Democrats that Limpie-boy loves to foster among his brain-dead listening public out in right-wing bigot country.
For years Rush has gotten rich slandering the Clintons and Al Gore and Jesse Jackson and the feminists…..but Rush, in his rush-to-judgment is really just creating a new lease on life for himself. His claim to dislike the Clintons garnered him a huge listening public, but his dislike is more showmanship than it is sincere. He loves and needs any and all 'liberals' for his job security, since he is a purveyor of partisan hate. First it was the Clintons, and now Obama and all the Democrats who, being in power, will give his Slander-in-Broadcasting franchise a new lease on life.
Rushie-boy has job security for the next four years serving as the mouthpiece for the disloyal opposition on the far right.
Limpboy is a fox however, because in putting out this phony ‘admiration’ for Obama’s choice of Clinton to be Secretary of State, he (Limpboy) can begin to weave his strawman portrayal of Obama as a sinister, Machiavellian mastermind whose brilliant masterstroke has shut Hillary and Bill up during his (Obama’s) presidency and can limit her from running against him in 2012 because she can’t supposedly run against her boss.
As they drive to work every day his listeners seethe in their dumbed-down-trapped-by-life-impotent rage, which Limbaugh can instill in them with great masterfulness, causing these morons to wax hot every day as they substitute repeating what Rush tells them for any thinking on their own or any fact checking of the crappola this guy (Limpboy) throws out off the top of his head. Limbaugh has a ready-made gold mine of radio riches he can mine from those who shun any thought processes or fact checking of their own, like a cat shuns water.
To these poorly educated, angry, ideologically-driven-knee-jerk pinheads in radio-land, Rush’s little theory of Obama’s craftiness feeds nicely into their racism and anger over a black man being in the presidency and it dovetails nicely with their RNC-inspired mistrust of poor people (whom they think of as 'bums') and they can grow their hatred toward liberals in general.
Rush’s paranoid theory of Obama’s craftiness sounds really plausible to this right wing base and it feeds into their liberal-loathing-amorphous angst and paranoia against all “libs”as the very incarnation of evil and anti-Americanism. This is what they've been brainwashed by the RNC and Limpboy to believe and it keeps the base chewing on its red meat and feeds their strawman-bogeyman world view which is carefully crafted for Rush's own enormous economic gain as he builds his radio empire into a new level of opposition to those “crafty, America-g liberal bent on selling out the US and denigrating its national glory”.
Secretly, Limpboy is rubbing his hands like a fly getting ready for a meal of carrion. You can be sure that Rush doesn't really care about either Barack Obama OR Hillary Clinton. He is in fact thrilled to have four years of open season on slandering a Democratic President. Since there is no longer a fairness doctrine, like there used to be in the 1970's..
.Rush can make up lies, innuendo, slander and pure garbage and then market it to a vast army of marginalized, mostly white males whose hate and anger have nowhere to go but toward their bogeymen of 'liberals". They can let out their hate when they get whipped up by talk radio.
So Limpboy operates in his spiderweb from a place of political impunity: he can exercise vast political influence, but he is not elected or accountable and his statements never need to be fact checked. He can take home millions to the bank, fuelled by the huge number of morons in the USA who eat up his trash and let their bigotry and hatred against whoever the target du jour is grown hot, at Rush's behest. He tells them what to think and they think it and disseminate it.
It is not unlike the machine that old Adolph had, but Rush can hide behind free speech. He is the Larry Flynt of the right but he uses hate instead of porn to get rich.
