In regards to the Maureen Dowd breaking news of campaign money for Obama trakking in from OMG, (oh my god) erstwhile sources.
She says the average campaign contribution would be 15 bucks, making Obama's followers number in the millions. Senator Grassley (R-IA) is pushing for bank trakking to be legal, so that the right can trakk the moneys of the left. (I thought the gop was about less govt oversight, not more?) Apparently on June 29th when Dowd's article came out, concerned rightists wondered, hmmm how can we know exactly who gives money to obama....i wonder?
anyway, i think the average donation to obama would be 25 because that's what i gave him...but i unsubscribed from his email a couple weeks ago writing to him that since he bowed down to AIPAC, he would have to have them donate to him. (Oh, and my local newpaper refused to explain aipac to its readers, so readers, you might have to google that one, it is owned by Lee Enterprises, the 4th largest paper in the US)
Now the right press accuses arab donations, when i know that if you bow to aipac they are on your side (Jimmy carter is on a video clip saying that you can't win an election without it) so i think that this is a smoke screen to hide aipac funds coming in...just my opinion. the right (I found and married mr. wright, and he beat me and dragged me across the room, threw me out of moving cars etc.) so the right, needs to fearmonger the arab world into a spin that they are not being smart enough to be able to decide about where they want their money to go, after all the handshaking of the bushbinladencarlyle group making the bucks up to now. Funny.
