Rioting by Americans at Port Au Prince Airport

My friend "Albert" reports that his nephew, along with many other Americans, is being held at the Port Au Prince Airport and not allowed to return to the US mainland due to the suspension of humanitarian aid flights. Many other Americans are being held at the airport and living in tent shelters. In a conversation by satellite phone, the nephew reported that "rioting" by Americans had taken place and US Marines were called in to quelch the uprising. The firing of weapons was reported. The nephew was told by US authorities that all paperwork had to be reprocessed, monies payed, etc. Nothing about this has been reported in the mainstream media.
