It's that time of year again, cold & wet outside. We'll being having snow soon, no doubt. If you don't like cheese, stop right here and save yourself some time 'cause raclette is for cheese lovers like me. I just love raclette. My whole family does. We would even have raclette evening in the summer but it makes a lot more sense to wait until the coller season : our little raclette grill generates a lot of heat. Of course it helps if your siting in a small cabin or kitchen with a window or two so you can regulate the temperature. After all, an evening with friends over raclette is supposed to be fun, enjoyable and, well, it's supposed to last a while. No hurry involved. We usually take a break, go for a short walk and then go for more. A short message for people who eat too fast : s l o w d o w n ...... c h e w a n d e n j o y t h e f o o d ......o k a y ? ? ? That's better.

Damn! I forgot to get the cheese. Guess we'll have to watch the debate over popcorn. Any way, it's gonna be a very entertaining evening. Haven't had this much fun since I was a kid and we all went to the circus down near Tulsa.
