If Bush did not defend the Constitution, he did not fulfill his oath. How, then, can Pelosi say impeachment was off the table?
If Obama does not restore the Constitution will he in fact not be fulfilling the oath? Or will that have to be taken out of the oath because there is no more credibility to the Constitution?
Bush was right when he said it is "nothing more than a G*ddamned piece of paper" Imagine taking an oath to defend something you feel so little about.
