The time for this macho world is almost up. Everything goes bad in time including this patriarchal civilization. It is well nigh dead as we speak and we are inside it Ahhhhhh! Let me out of this rotting carcass.

                 The Western World's Toy-Toy Went Smash

                                        "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh"

 

 We all went out for food

 Mc Greaseberger was the cheapest

 We all got our cheap plastic toy

 We all wound it up and set it loose on the floor

 

  It spun until the little metal spring got sprung

  Now it sits in the trash

  Its little plastic clown face is broken

  Its little wind up toy heart is broke

 

  The chatter of its trashy toy noise

  Sits even now in the air

  We all want our cheap western world distractions

  We all want that fire cracker bang for the buck

 

  "Ch-Ching" has lost its wollup

  The greasy food has left heartburn

   But addicts never realize

  They are better off when the dope runs out

 

  It is time to watch the sun come up

  To hope for a golden dawn and a new day

  To feel the soft wind whisper of its mysteries 

  And the feel and essence of a system not yet born

 

 

                   I am Hungry and in Want

 

  I want some essence in my existence

  I want some Being in the Doing

  I want some quiet in the clamor

  I want  some wisdom in the clever

 

  I want to see the mad world

  Stop making science into a religion

  Stop worshipping the stuff and bucks

  And find the pathos and spirit to go on 

 

 

 

I am a hippy that never dropped out. I have held on to impossible idealism and will not give up. I think the human race is a ticking time bomb and we are at the last tick. So what is the good of slow careful pragmatism that allows time for it all to (more...)
