Vampire Sarah is impaling Johnny on his own unvetted petard.

Not only did Sarah Palin put herself first by saying on a Palin and McCain ticket at a political rally yesterday, but I’ve been noticing that all too frequently progressive talkers and writers are referring to the presidential run by Sarah Palin, or the Palin presidency.

Freudian? Fact? Tarot card reading?

Are they saying what a lot of us are thinking, that four-time cancer victim and frequently Alzheimer’s appearing, John McCain, won’t be around for another four years, and if the Republicans win in November, McCain won't be prez, but Palin will?
