Orwell was right on about "Big Brother" but he couldn't have foreseen "Big Sister". So what I have noticed over that past few years is that social networking sites like twitter, facebook, youtube, myspace,etc. have effectively given the average person a mechanism to fight back against "Big Brother". The situation in Iran with Neda is the perfect example. So henceforth I propose we collectively call these sites "Big Sister" and everyone should know that "Big Sister" is a good thing! And that is my 2 cents today
