or one happy family. Politics Smallatics. They oughta save their breath. Imagine we're Groucho, the Dems are Harpo, the Repugs are Chico.

::::::::

This is it, the time has come. You've heard the news so there's really no point of repeating any part of it here but as you may have been able to derive from the news, this piece of shit US Govt. is now on the run / in their corner covering their heads. Let the name calling begin. Let them grow angry and start the blame game. That's what a losing team usually reverts to when they notice they're losing. The winning team sees the tide is turning and if they're smart and if they really really wanna win, they'll increase the pressure until their opponents are broken and on their way home with their tails between their legs (the dogs !).

There's a catch to this...

It's kinda like ASU playing the U of A in a sort of Orange Bowl game. The Arizona team is going to win ! Without a doubt. With all the fans up in the bleechers all fired up, wearing their team's colours, chanting their battle crys (my fav is the Buckeye Battle Cry)....fists flyin' behind the bleechers as members of the marching bands meet up out behind the eastern goalpost to exchange whatever it is those people exchange (drumsticks?)....it looks like a real match, a real fight. It looks as if one team is going to win and the other is going to go home a loser.

Not so with the Dems and the Repugs. Nope. See, the Dems have to power to impeach this pResident but they won't do it. Heck, they could do even better....I've always been a fan of sending the cabal to The Hague where they belong but everybody's hung up on this impeachment thing where some ex-pResident goes strolling on the beach with his bodyguards as a means of punishment, whereas the real punishment is a boring bodyguard.

Thinking of the beach is distracting.

Concentrate.

Did I mention The Hague ? Sure I did, but for most of us, that's a far away place.
Now take these three extremes ;

Door No. 1) Cheney & Co. go to The Hague and are tried for War Crimes

Door No. 2) the beach and the boring bodyguards

Door No. 3) none of the above

What do you, my fellow taxpayer believe will happen ? Will the left wing of the Corporate Party condemn their colleagues and send them off to the dungeon or will they let them stroll the beach ? Or even worse and most unimagineable for some....will they let the bastards go scott free ? They have the power and the time is right. Are they on our side or is this really just one big party ?
You know the answers and I think I know how you feel but at least I feel a bit better now, thank you, Dave. And no, Dave, no contributions. Get a job, Dave.
