The roommate of Scott Olsen - the Iraq War veteran that was reportedly struck by a police projectile @ Occupy Oakland - has just reported to Thom Hartmann that Olsen has been upgraded to fair condition. He was first reported in critical condition, then serious. The roommate also reported that Olsen is breathing on his own, but will need an intervention for brain swelling.
