'Lie is not economically viable'

I would very much appreciate if someone explains to me why President- Elect Obama lies and lies consistently. Here are the most striking examples:
A. The issue of Russia. Not only Obama repeats again and again the clisheed accusations about Russian alleged aggression against Georgia; he portraits Russia as assertive and aggressive country which sort of must be spanked. As a person who boasts craving for knowledge he cannot claim ignorance. He should know that:
1. Georgia attacked Ossetia in violation of the Control Commission Agreements of 1992. Russian Army counterattacked.
2. The Georgian attack ( BTW, a crime against Georgian nation) was provoked and organized by the Bush/Cheney in order to provide for the permanent US base in Georgia to surround Russia and possibly attack Iran. Russian Army discovered the US/Israeli ammo and proof of the US army training.
3. NATO expansion to the Eastern Europe is unlawful and in violation of the preliminary agreements between Russia and NATO in 1991. Morover, NATO expansion in Georgia is not only a violation but aggression (If Caucasus is in North Atlantic region I am a Chinese Emperor).
4. Russian army is being 'reformed' by their ' defense minister', a former clothes salesman. No way Russia can be any threat to anyone. Morover, the US and EU aggressively push the Russian elite to destroy everything in the country which was good and valid to be preserved- from the excellent structure of the Russian officers' core to education both military and civilian. In sorts, EU and USA are waging war against Russian people and their civilization.
5. Through the period between 1991 and 2008 US and EU not only exercised treacherous and stupid policies against Russia but openly promoted revival of the neo-nazis in the former Soviet Republics.
Obama must know that. It is all published in the English - speaking and Russian media. Why does he lie? Why he never ever had even one good word for the Russian nation which not only saved the world from Hitler but also remarkably survived and even still is trying to prosper after so many most horrible events?
B. Wars.
Not only Obama is wavering about when we leave Iraq. He so far had not acknowledged and/or expressed even a word of compassion for the Iraqi/Afghani casualties of that war, counting in hundreds of thousands. He refuses to call those wars what they are- immoral exercises of thievery. Why does he lie? What's the benefit?
C. Economy.
The primary cause of our economic collapse is thievery associated with the wars and warmongering doctrine. Obama never mentions that. Why does he lie? How does this lying help our economy in crisis?
D. Lawlessness.
Our country is in deep lawless pit. Without restoring the Law and order, without repealing Bush's unconstitutional acts, Patriot Act and others, without dismantling the Homeland SS, without stopping the tribunals we will NEVER revive. It is obvious and Obama knows that. Why does he lie?
E. Team
NONE of the Obama team so far can be considered as professionals in their fields. They are either connected party people or deeply entrenched buerocrats. NONE of them was a vocal opposer of lawlessleness, war etc. All of them did well in the Bush period. ALL of them are war supporters, some actually profited from it by having positions, like Gates. NONE of them are objective towards Russia. Most of them are opportunists. Obama is smart. He knows who they are. Why does he lie by saying they are great, etc? How does that help to govern the country if the President -Elect lies about his own people?
F. Technology and projects.
NO Technological Breakthrough in the US is possible before we fully transfer to SI units system and start communicating with the WORLD! That's paramount and all the technical professionals in the US know that. Obama knows that too. He though continues to mention the big projects without even one word about the main problem. Why?

I could list more, much more. But the bottomline is this: a visibly smart, intelligent and seemingly good man who has all the power to do good and also an unprecedented mandate from the people engages instead in shallow lying and half- truths which are also a lie. I am very sorry, I voted for him but lies are lies and especially that is bad when the liar seems to do it unnaturally and without plausible merit even for him. Bush lied because it was his nature. Obam lies because he is told to. I can see it, we can see it and that is horrible, I feel horrible discontent. Tell me that I miss something, that I am wrong because if I am right, we are facing something sinister.
