Robert Gates!? Are you kidding us? This guy was a CIA operative for 26 years. He became CIA director despite his involvement with Iran-Contra. Not to say that there aren't worse choices - asking Rumsfeld to come back, for example.
Who's going to be in DOD with him? Is he going to keep England as his deputy? How about the rest of his staff?
This is NOT change we can believe in. This is a travesty costumed as bi-partisanism.
