This afternoon, Barack Obama murdered the Constitution of the United States. He told me and the rest of his fervent supporters during the primary that he would support a fillibuster of FISA should telecom immunity be part of it. He lied. He voted against debate and for the Bill. He did not do so for political reasons__he had plenty of the issues of the day to compromise on. He violated his oath to protect, defend and preserve the Constitution because he wanted to retain the power to spy on us should he become the President of the United States.
Perhaps he has grown quite arrogant toward his supporters because he believes we must vote for him anyway. Not this diariest. Not then nor ever will I pander to fear of more Bush by voting for anyone that strips me of my lawful Constitutional rights.
And the one I so dispised in the primary, Hillary Clinton, stood for the Constitution today. She voted for debate and against this treason. Her reasons are provided by one of her staff here:

Maybe she was pandering, but what does that matter. Obama's kind of pandering gives the finger to Washington, Jefferson, and all that fought for freedom from tierrany from the beginning of the Republic to today. A candidate that would betray his oath to the Constitution cannot be believed to obey the law as President. He can no longer be believed period.
So I encourage an end of Barack's delusion of inevitability by urging all who feel as I do to demand Hillary Clinton be allowed nominated at the Democratic Convention. That would by far grant the debate on preserving the Constitution it's due.
