Diary: Non-payment of disability and old age pension money amounting to approximately 24,000 Euros

I'm very pleased to learn that an "advocate will get in touch" with me "via email next week".

As your e-mail to me of Monday, 8 October, 2012 10:31 contains no mention at all of the fact that, on October 4th 2012, I handed what I consider to be extremely important information (relating to my particular case) to Westside Resource Centre Manager James Coyne (on four stapled-together sheets of A4 paper), with a request from me, made in the presence of two of Mr Coyne's Westside Resource Centre work-colleagues, that he try to ensure that you (and/or your Westside National Advocacy Service Colleague Greg Duff) be given the "four sheets of A4" information as soon as possible, I wish you to know that scanned copies of the four sheets in question can be viewed at the following Internet location:

Please note that I am particularly anxious that the NSA advocate who gets in touch with me "via email next week" is FULLY aware of the "To Whom It may Concern" letter from Dr Michael McCavert GP which can be viewed on Sheet 4 of the scanned pages referred to above at the http://www.humanrightsireland.com/ JamesCoyne-GalwayCityWestsideResourcesCentre/4-October-2012 /FourSheetsOfA4.htm address.

Correctly or otherwise, it appears to me that those connected with the corruption-ridden decision to unlawfully and criminally (as I see it) block my disability and old age pension payments, are extremely anxious to criminally cover-up the factual existence of Dr McCavert's "To Whom It may Concern" referred to above; and, that they are using their corruption-ridden, completely fraudulent, and 100% imaginary "non-existence" pretences relating to this "To Whom It may Concern" letter of Dr McCavert's as their main platform for the PRETEXT they have provided me with for their refusal to pay the disability and old age pension payments which they have a legal obligation to pay me: a pretext (i.e. "a corruption-ridden excuse given to conceal the real reason") which is among the shoddiest and most blatantly dishonest excuse I have ever come across during the 40 or so years I have worked as a freelance professional investigator, 30 years or so of which were spent in the electronics industry (where the very wide range of electronics companies I provided my services to, in some cases repeatedly for the same company with lengthy intervals of time in between separate assignments, over the years in question, included some of the largest and best known electronic companies in the world).

It would be much appreciated if the "advocate (who) will get in touch" with me "via email next week" is ALSO made FULLY aware 1) of the fact that a copy of Dr McCavert's "To Whom It may Concern" was included with the PENSION APPLICATION (copied via the registered post to Republic of Ireland Minister for Social Protection Joan Burton TD please note), which I sent through the registered post on March 16th 2011, as can be seen at the following Internet address:

Finally, I wish all advocates at present connected with the Region 5 area of the Republic of Ireland's National Advocacy Service (covering counties Clare, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo) to know that Dr Eva Flynn GP informed me yesterday that my blood pressure "was going through the roof": as a direct consequence -- in effect -- of the outrageous array of psychological criminal abuses I continue to be subjected to "at the hands of individuals and public officials and bodies" (the words used by Dr McCavert GP in his "To Whom It may Concern" letter dated 28 October 2005 referred to above): almost SEVEN YEARS after Dr McCavert GP provided me with the "To Whom It may Concern" letter in question: and which is why I am copying this e-mail to all eleven (11) of you, using the contact information for you which is provided at:
