Nice!
Not only did the Bush Administration go behind the mandatory involvement and agreemnet of Congress in agreeing to commit troops, money and the lives of others to defend Iraq against "internal and external threats" in the wake of the expiring UN mandate.
It seems the Iraqi counterpart to this agreement, the Al Maliki administration, ALSO circumvented the Iraqi constituion and the Iraqi parliament in making this agreement.
It is cute when puppies take after their masters....
