1. All politicians hold fund raisers, why aren't we attending them as journalists?
2. Why aren't we attending annual conferences as journalists? We would be bound to pick up some in-sights about the organization?
3. Why are conferences always in the same half dozen cities that are tourist destinations? It seems to me that if other cities were chosen attendence would be better.
