Video is excerpts of the movie, "Syriana", starring George Clooney. When a US, or other citizen, can be secretly snatched off the street, or from anywhere, detained in secret, tortured, and even murdered in secret with new legislation passed in the US Senate, the actual might be worse than the video. Anyone can be labeled a terrorist if there is no checking of facts, no hearing, and if their is a secret police enemies list.

Since when, in any free society, does the military rule the streets, where anything, and everything goes, no oversight, no checks and balances, no accounting, no courts, no hearings, no justice, and everything is done in secret? Why should the military be legally arresting citizens inside the US, or even outside the US with no oversight, with no hearings, in secret? Since when is torture legal in any civilized society?

Well, what is the USA now?
