I think that some Ohio Boards of Election may have underestimated the Ohio Secretary of State, Jennifer Brunner. Here is an official Directive that she issued on December 19, 2008 regarding the reporting of Provisional Ballot Statistics. The report is due by 4:00 p.m., January 2, 2009. Undeniably - Jennifer Brunner is a friend of the people of Ohio.
