The US Marshals ran R. Allen's name and social security number through the computer and discovered that the imperialist has not been charged with even one crime by the US regime or any state thereof.

::::::::

VHeadline commentarist Arthur Shaw writes: On Friday, May 1, 2009, the US imperialist thief R. Allen Stanford (affectionately called "R. Allen" in Texas and "Sir Stanford" on the island of Antigua) pulled a stunt at the US Court House in downtown Houston.  Accompanied by his world-famous Houston attorney  Dick DeGuerin, R. Allen (or Sir Stanford) boldly walked into the federal court house, knocked on the door of the US Marshals, and announced himself "I'm R. Allen ... you're always talkin' about me in the newspaper. So, I've come to give myself up. If you think I've done somethin' wrong, then you can put me in jail right now!"

The US Marshals ran R. Allen's name and social security number through the computer and discovered that the imperialist has not been charged with even one crime by the US regime or any state thereof.

"We don't want you," the US Marshal told R. Allen. Ten minutes later Sir Stanford left the court house ... grinning!

The US Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) filed a "civil" [non-criminal] complaint against Stanford in a federal court in Dallas, Texas in February of this year. The SEC complaint alleges the Stanford stole $8 billion dollars using a certificate-of-deposit Ponzi scheme. The Dallas court snatched R. Allen's banks and appointed a receiver to count the money left in the vaults.

The mass of the Venezuelan bourgeoisie who let R. Allen beat them out of over $3 billion hired a $1,100-per-hour Dallas lawyer to represent them in the Dallas proceedings.

"Your Honor, ah... ah, I represent most of the bourgeoisie of Venezuela," this high-powered Dallas lawyer informed the court.

"What do they want?" the judge asked.

"They don't want their names and the amount of money that R. Allen stole from them individually disclosed to the newspapers,"  the Dallas lawyer told the court.

"Well, how much did R. Allen collectively steal from them?" the judge asked.

"Oh, just over $3 billion," the Dallas lawyer answered.

"The Venezuelan bourgeoisie must be kind of stupid,"  the judge concluded.

Nawh, your honor, they ain't stupid. R. Allen's just real slick!
