5. That is the worlds largest debtor nation.
6. That governs on the basis of the worlds oldest written constitution.
Such a country must:
1. Be governed by either the dumbest or most self-serving of any on earth.
2. Be collectively insane to continue voting for either of the same two political parties, that govern at various times, with any expectation that the results obtained from their elected officials might be different.
3. Have a flawed constitution that facilitates governance by the few at the expense of the many.
4. Maintain empire through war or threat of war to seek to maintain it’s status quo.
5. Or, alternatively, is headed to a Third World status.
6. Or, be in dire need of fundamental systemic change(s).
