Beansprouts now. The last ones we ate I grew myself, so I guess they're ok. I like them better cooked, anyway. Very easy. Just throw them in a pan with garlic and onions and whatever else you have on hand (don't overdo the soy sauce) and stir-fry a couple of minutes, long enough to kill the bacteria but not until they (the sprouts) go limp.
