DeLay rushed right out of TX wasting no time delaying his bona fide residency in VA where he now claims that he has already voted in the last primary. The VA primary was held on June 13th. In order to be eligible to vote in that primary, DeLay would have to have registered to vote as a VA resident by May 15. If he did that, he would have been officially representing TX as a VA resident at least for the three weeks before he officially resigned from the House, June 8th. So which is it Tom? Where do you hang your ole Texas hat?Anyone in VA interested in checking to see if he actually voted in that primary?

Just when you thought he was out of the news, Rush rushes back in. In case he should be arrested for parole violation, do you think someone should tell him to keep a stiff upper lip?
