The United states Postal Service is in the process of installing GPS tracking devices on all its vehicles, at least in California.

As a longtime mail carrier, I can say that USPS is actively installing GPS tracking on all its vehicles, at least in the Golden State and possibly, or probably nationwide. From now on, mail carriers will be spied upon around the clock when they are on the clock.
The old-fashioned Postal Jeep, owned and operated by carriers, are not being RFID spychipped, but are being phased out. So the Postal Service may be doing this across the country.
Another example of the police state surveillance state we are in that has no regard for civil liberties or privacy.
