Keith Olbermann will replaced scheduled guest John McCain on Letterman tonight. According to Olbermann, McCain called Letterman personally to cancel due to his immediate departure to Washington DC; yet Letterman caught the lie when cameras focused on McCain having an interview with Katie Couric at the same time McCain was supposed to be taping Letterman.
Apparently Letterman was not amused.
