This week I have watched Bush and McCain as they both learned about how hell is truth seen too late.
Presently, Bush is an miserable human being. He will go down in history as the worst President ever and his party has basically kicked him to the side. He has to sit back in guilt and watch this nation sink to the darkest economic times since the great depression and due to his failed policies and cronism. Everytime he opens his mouth to reassure the public the market tumbles that much worse. Hell is truth seen too late and looking at pictures of Bush from last week and this week, the pain and strain is showing on his face. He wants to do and about face and leave something positive behind but it's too late.
McCain allowed himself to be led by fatal campaign advice as he and his VP whipped up a bad batch of hate and racism on their campaign trail. Seeking to win at any cost he stood by and let taunts of "kill him" "traitor" and "terrorist" flow from his audiences about Obama, hoping to ignite a flame that would set the voting machines on fire come November 4. His plans backfired as republicans have begun to jump ship and independents abandon any consideration for him due to the volatile campaign he has been running this week. Hell is truth seen to late as he realizes that his tactics are doing nothing but pushing more people to Obama and leaving him with stragglers from the KKK and Skinheads. He wants to do and about face but it's too late.
It's sad to see the GOP stand by while their party goes up in flames from within, I know they are wishing they had voted for Romney or Hucklebee. Their image is being tarnished and their principles thrown in their face, it will take many many years for them to regain their footing after this year.
