I don't drive much, but when I do I often contemplate how many people may be checking out my Kucinich bumper sticker. It's admittedly difficult to guess, but a conservative estimate would be five per mile. Assuming one out of ten actually visits DK's website, as it directs them to, that would be one every two miles.

::::::::

If I drive 8,000 miles over the course of a year, that would be 800 people coming to visit this site. If 2,000 people had these bumper stickers and did the same (that's how many bumper stickers I have now that I'm giving away free-see details below), that would be 1,600,000 people.

Assuming the Kucinich bumper stickers mushroomed in numbers accordingly, I don't think there would be anyone on the road by the end of the year who was not at least aware of Dennis Kucinich. By the time the 2008 elections rolled around... well, ok, I admit I'm a bit of a dreamer.

Still, I'm extremely pleased with the responses that have come in so far to my offer of free Kucinich bumper stickers. Here are some typical responses:

THANK YOU for your support of Dennis Kucinich!

... I will place the sticker on my car window prominently. If you run out of the first 2,000 stickers, I may be willing to finance the next run of 2,000 or so on the next round...

Please send me two bumper stickers, one for the car and one to show others.

Please send me three of the http://www.kucinich.us bumpers stickers. I enclose a $3.00 contribution. Sorry I don't have more money... I am in a group of political activists and some are activists because of Dennis, including myself... Thanks so much and great idea! I thought last time he needed to have his website with his name, so I did a big sign 5' by 1' and put it in my back car window...

Thank you, Daniel!

Please send 20 bumper stickers. Enclosed is $10 to offset the cost.

I would like to get one of the Kucinich bumper stickers... I have also built a blog site to support and inform the public of the Kucinich for President campaign. I would gladly put a link to the page telling about these bumper stickers... Here is a link to my blog.

Please note that these are free bumper stickers, and they look like this:

www.kucinich.us

If you want one, just send a self-addressed stamped envelope to me, Daniel Geery, 1987 S. McClelland St., Salt Lake City, Utah 84105.

Donations NOT necessary, but even a dollar or two will be gratefully accepted and applied to the next round of 10,000 or more.

Thanks for your support! May peace and reason prevail in 2008! Go Dennis!

First and foremost, I encourage you to learn about this fellow as your potential future president. Chris Hedges recently wrote: "In this year's presidential election I will vote for a third-party candidate, either the Green Party candidate or Rocky (more...)
