A comparison between Tom Allen and Susan Collin's in their Senate Contest.

::::::::

In the past six years we have had a female Senator who has managed to get herself into positions of importance on two committees that were formed to find facts to investigate wrong doing. Both have failed to find answers that were credible or placed any accountability to identify the breakdowns and ensure that these misdeeds did not reoccur. They seem to more appropriately be described as White Wash or Cover-Up. (Thermate "Can" take a long time to burn through steel columbs but it "Can" also do it in a fraction of a second), (Billions of taxpayers Dollars are missing when it comes to "no bid" Contracts and the violators should be criminally held accountable.) I do not want this type of action from my next Senator.

Tom Allen did vote against our aggressive invasion of a country that had nothing to do with the attacks on 9/11/2001. I wish he had called for "credible" investigations and the impeachment of both Dick Cheney and George Bush, but he has not. He has however stood against the War, supports fair trade, an increase on the minimum wage. Tom's stances on Healthcare, Energy, and Education are much more in line with my own wishes then those of Senator Collins.

Allen's not perfect, but he is the best candidate for the people of Maine. We need his voice and knowledge in the U.S. Senate. He will be a better Senator for the people of Maine and our ailing economy.
