If you’d like a solution for bringing our troops home from fighting all the senseless wars and then what to do with them, here are a few suggestions.
● Immediately begin withdrawing troops from all other countries that have not expressly asked the United States for help. If we were not asked to come into another country, how is it that we think that it’s OK to do so militarily? Suppose other countries were to try to invade our space with their military in the name of helping us out of our own problems, how would we react? Let’s say, for instance, that Russia were to decide to come into our country and set up military bases anywhere they pleased. Our reaction as a nation would be outrage!! And that would be after the shooting had started. How dare another country come across our borders without being asked to do so? I say that is probably how other countries feel as well. Can you blame them?
● That being said – bring home all of our troops. Once the troops return home – put them to work rebuilding our entire country. Road rebuilding, electrical systems conversions, putting everyone in comfortable, safe living arrangements – there should be ZERO HOMELESSNESS and ZERO HUNGER in America. And we already pay the salaries of our military, anyway. Stop paying for ammunition and start using the money to improve the lives of our citizens.Maybe this is sounding socialist, but in our humble opinion, taking care of our own people is not socialism – We call it HUMANITARIANISM!!!
● Our military goes anywhere in the world and their own construction battalions get to work setting up bases with offices, living quarters etc. This is not brain surgery. It’s construction. Let’s get on with it!!! Bring home the troops and let them get to work rebuilding our own country.
