The L'Oreal case has many similarities to the Anna Nicole Smith Marshall case Marshall v Marshall in which 22 year old stripper and Playboy Playmate of the Year Anna Nicole Smith sued the estate of her 109 year old husband, oil magnate J. Howard Marshall who completely cut her out of his will and his billion dollar fortune.

This does not include quadrillions of dollars of corporate money evading taxes in offshore tax havens. The GOP, George W. Recently the House passed the American Jobs and Closing Tax Loopholes Act, HR4213. Iif you don't think that there is a difference between the Democrats and the GOP, not one Republican voted for this act. As President Obama got the victims of the Gulf Oil Spill $20 Billion from BP to help out, GOP Head of Energy Joe Barton apologized on national television to Tony Hayward for Barack Obama being Al Capone the shakedown artist.

So the daughter of Liliane Bettencourt, Francoise, sees this gigolo Francois, fleecing her mother and sues him for exploiting a senile woman, for which he faces losing the paintings, the beautiful white sand private Gilligan's Island and the money and 3 years in jail. Everyone is thinking that the daughter is just jealous. It looks like the daughter has no chance because the alleged victim, her mother, is blowing her away. Then, the ploot twist happens.
The trial begins in front of a 3 judge panel 2 days ago on Thursday. It turns out that Liliane's butler, Pascal Bonnefoy put a tape recorder in her first floor office and has hours of tapes of Liliane speaking with her financial adviser. Liliane asks him, "How much did I leave Mr. Banier in my will?" Financial Adviser: "Everything." Liliane: "Ah, no." This is Fench for, "Oh, no." Finacial Adviser: "Yes, it is you who told me." Liliane also doesn't remember that she gave her gold digger an Island. Liliane says, "He's a really nice guy, clever, but he's so demanding. He's always saying, "Give me this, Give me that."
However, Liliane wants to protect her image as sane and is fiercely supportive of her gigolo in the trial. So it comes out from the tapes, that Liliane has paid off Sarkozy, 2 Ministers, and one minister's wife, who is her assistant financial adviser and helped her hide $100 Million in a Swiss Bank Account. Lilaine has bribed Sarkozy to fix the trial. Sarkozy said that he couldn't guarantee victory at trial, but he had the appeal court judges in his pocket and could guarantee Liliane victory on Appeal. The trial begins, the tapes are produced, the judges adjourn to decide how to mark the tapes inadmissible and the butler is arrested for invasion of privacy. The butler had the audacity to show the world how wealthy people buy politicians to further their own insatiable greed to the detriment of every man, woman, child, water molecule, air particle, and every piece of soil on earth.
With unregulated capitalism allowing one person to accumulate all of the money in the world, the United States of America will now descend into famine. World Hunger is now at our door. What a planet. One person accumulates all the money in the world, uses it to poison all the planet's earth, air and water, and hides their baby with a fake father in a tax haven.
