January 5, 2009 Appearing on 'Morning Call with Mark Haines' on CNBC, Henry Kissinger says Obama can create a "New World Order"
When asked by the female reporter , "What do you think the most important thing is for Barrack Obama?"
Kissinger responds: "....His task will be to develop an overall strategy for America in this period, when really a "New World Order" can be created . It's a great opportunity. It isn't such a crisis."
