Does America really have the right to bomb a country and destroy innocent men, women, and children simply because the vast majority do not like America? Do you think we can bomb some American likeability into them? Is our purpose to simply annihilate individuals who do not like us?I really don't think we need to be there to kill people because they hate us or because they have some religious beliefs that we don't like. That's a ridiculous misuse of our military force.
I was disappointed watching Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid talking about how they were going to support Obama no matter what. Obama is not Julius Caesar or a modern day Hannibal. He is a president. These individuals need to yank the funding out from under all these ridiculous wars. We need to take that massive funding for the defense and put it to better use rebuilding this country.
Fire the generals and bring our troops home. Yank the funding away and close all the 1000 bases down. Rebuild this country from the ground up. Don't pour money on Wall Street or the Defense budget. Start helping average folks.
