Sigurdur Einarsson, the former CEO of failed bank Kaupthing, is now an official suspect by the fraud prosecutors examining alleged market manipulation.Sigurdur lives now in Chelsea, is the first Head of a major European Bank to be Investigated as a criminal suspect after the Banking Crash last year.
