Marx invented 'capitalism'. But even he could not predict Greenspan.

Marx once said that for 25% profit a capitalist would do anything, any crime possible. But even he could not imagine the Greenspan's  message to Congress when  'froggy Al' calmly stated that he  made a mistake in his ' model how the world works.' And it flew!!!! He walked away!!! With all his money !!! And no one said ,'Al, terrific. We will hang you upside- down from the roof of the  Capitol Building so that you could feel the consequences of  your mistake for a very long time. And your money goes to charities.'  No one said this. Because if a person  says something like that and pulls it off that means his profit  margin is not 25% It is 25000%.

 

Yes, it is 25000%. And he walked away.  Oh, great Barnum.  He was right when he said,'A sucker is born every day.'

So long, suckers.
