Jane Harmon: Homegrown TerroristRepresentative Jane Harmon presented HR 1955 to the House and they overwhelmingly voted yes—404 to six. The Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act is a broadly worded, thought crimes’ bill, written by the Rand Corporation, that enables the government to label, literally anyone it chooses, a terrorist. This is right out of the Soviet Union/Nazi Germany book of laws.
The Senate version, S 1959 will be voted on soon. Let’s have a look at what these traitors to America and her people are voting to enact.
SEC. 899A. DEFINITIONS. (from S. 1995)'(1) COMMISSION- The term 'Commission' means the National Commission
on the Prevention of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism
established under section 899C. '(2) VIOLENT RADICALIZATION- The term 'violent radicalization' means
the process of adopting or promoting an extremist belief system for the
purpose of facilitating ideologically based violence to advance
political, religious, or social change. Ms Harmon is guilty of violent radicalization. She is adopting and promoting an extremist belief system, which runs counter to the Constitution of the US, which she swore an oath to uphold. Her extremist belief system runs counter to the true nature of America. Ms Harmon is guilty of violently radicalizing the justice system and the law enforcement agencies of the US government against the people of the US and the freedom of expression of ideas, which the majority of Americans hold dear. Ms Harmon is adopting and promoting this extremist belief system in order to facilitate ideologically based violence against the people of the US in order to advance political change in the form of state suppression of free thought on the internet and anywhere else the state deems appropriate.
'(3) HOMEGROWN TERRORISM- The term 'homegrown terrorism' means the
use, planned use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or
individual born, raised, or based and operating primarily within the
United States or any possession of the United States to intimidate or
coerce the United States government, the civilian population of the
United States, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or
social objectives. Ms Harmon is guilty of homegrown terrorism through her planned and threatened use of force and violence to coerce the civilian population in furtherance of her political objectives.
'(4) IDEOLOGICALLY BASED VIOLENCE- The term 'ideologically based
violence' means the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or
violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual's
political, religious, or social beliefs.
Ms Harmon is guilty of ideologically based violence because she plans to use and is threatening to use the force of an un-constitutional law in order to promote her political beliefs.
Ms Harmon is clearly guilty, not only the use of ideologically based violence, but of violent radicalization. Obviously, since she is an American citizen, she is guilty of homegrown terrorism. Ms Harmon did not author the bill in her name, therefore she is a plagiarist (but, that is the subject for a different trial). The bill was written by the Rand Corporation, which has authored many of the Bill of Right’s raping, anti-American terrorist laws beginning before 9/11. Ms Harmon also happens to sit in a congressional seat, which was awarded to her by electronic voting machines that could not show proof of actual votes, nor could the votes be recounted. Therefore, her position as a congressperson is at best, unproven and more likely, entirely illegitimate. Therefore, through the definitions contained in her own bill, Jane Harmon is a homegrown terrorist. United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121
