Please tell me what logic or human rights or democracy or religion justifies this?

::::::::

Ash and Sand

Let us say you live in LA and you have a brother who you have lost touch with 7 years ago and who lives now in NY.  One day the police armored cars and bulldozers, at 05:00 am surrounded your home gave you five minutes warning to vacate your home, then after 5-minutes set the house on fire and start demolishing it with the bulldozer. Astonished, unable to talk, you lost your mind for 10-minutes, by which time, your home is now ash and sand

Now this is over, and your lifetime savings are gone in 10 minutes, you ask why ? what have I done so you do this to me ?.  Nothing. You get this answer with more shock. It is not you. It is your brother in NY. He killed someone.  If my brother did this, then why don’t you punish him, demolish his home, not mine. Another answer : we want this as a deterent so no one else will kill another one.

Please tell me what logic or human rights or democracy or religion will justifiy this? This is exactly what Israel does to any Palestinian family whose son or brother commit an act of crime or terror.  Imagine 5 and 8 years old at home getting ready to school and see the police force and buldsozers and fire set to their home on purpose.  How would the children feel.  No matter what is the level of crime committed by a person you can not go and devastate the life of his family. What God or humanity or religion will allow that.  On this basis, the US government would have gone the same day they caught Timothy McVeigh after the Oklahoma bombing, and destroyed and set fire to his family’s home.  Why does Israel do this and the US doesn’t ?
