In May of 2007 few knew the project that was being undertaken and few today realize its significance to the world. A philosophy was being developed which would allow the population to watch the leader of their country. This philosophy is today known as wengerocracy. It was first coined and copyrighted by Nathaniel Wenger to describe a society that would exist where the corruption, covers up, and secret meeting were removed from the nation's capital. After years developing this idea its importance is just as relevant as it was the day it was first created.
The Arab spring had yet to occur and one man was struggling with an idea he knew would one day change the world. Nathaniel continued the process of advocating wengerocracy and slowly the idea became known. The topic became of interest to many. The challenge was what to do with an idea, an idea that was not even written in a book. An idea that one man created and spends his life dedicated to this philosophy. Instead of writing a book on the topic be began to write a letter. Letter after letter became shorter and shorter sharing the importance of the idea in as clear as a manner as possible. You can prevent the leader of your country from covering up unlawful behavior by watching the leader of your country.
If it was only that simple I could walk into an election booth and push a button and that button would put the president right onto the screen on my cell phone. If I could only push one button and be able to watch the leader of my country I thought. I could push a button for you to be my leader why can't I push a button and watch the leader of my country? I got home from election booth and pushed the button on my remote. Channel, channel, all my thought into one idea.
