So I have this guitar collection of about 35 or so guitars and I recently decided I should sell a few them because I have run out of room to house them. So I put a few up for auction on EBAY. Of course I was wearing my "Dick + Bush = Screwed" tshirt in the auction pics holding the guitars. So now ebay keeps deleting my auctions using the following rationale....
The listing was removed because it violated the eBay No Item policy. The violation occurred when you included the following information in your listing:
In Description: ...Hey this is Ben. You may recognize me as the guy from Spike Lee's "When The Levees Broke" who quoted The Dick to The Dick by saying "Go F*** yourself Mr. Cheney" (do a google search for 'ben marble' if you wish).
Now I did have an 'item' i.e. the guitar for sale so I am not sure what they mean about the no item policy. And everything in the descriptiong is 100% true so why do they keep deleting my auctions????? So I emailed them back and went ahead and reposted 2 auctions trying my best to work within their seemingly made up guidelines. So let's see if they delete these too and if they do I will post whatever lame excuse they send me to justify the deletion????
