Is Chris Matthews only interrupting Democratic Senators?

I always turn to MSNBC first, since they gave Rachel Maddow her show. So, of course, I turned to Chris Matthews' coverage of the Judge Sotomayor confirmation hearings.

But - call me paranoid - he seems to be consistently choosing to interrupt when Democratic senators are speaking - either for station ID or commentary. He interrupted Senators Schumer, Cardin, and Whitehouse. (Oh, man, I'd love to see Feingold & Whitehouse on a presidential ticket someday.)

I'm switching to PBS.
