What does our favorite "little buddy" state in the Mid-East have in mind?

Looks like the outgoing administration just notified Congress that it has approved 1000 Bunker Busters for Israel (http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5hpkneEZsrB7lhKL3bSDeRgAckqRA).

I wonder where they'll be used...
