OpEdNews stands up to monsters, to the ugliest souls in the world... like Anne Coulter. We're about to end a third month where we did not make the very low budget goal of $4000. We need your help, urgently.

OpEdNews takes a unique bottom up approach to the media. It can be messy. It gives voice to thousands of regular people as well as providing a place where true progressives, left of liberal can speak the truth.

We have many leading progressive heroes-- activists, authors, leaders-- who routinely post their work directly to OEN or have given us permission to reprint their work. We have close to 40 volunteer editors (can always use more help) and over 50,000 people have signed up as members. But while the bottom up approach is working fabulously, content-wise, we're having a hard time making this bottom up approach work financially.
